This company sells CLA Safflower oil supplement, from a link from fraudulent e-mails with the name of someone in your e-mail list.  When you order, they have fine print at the bottom of the online page that says you will be charged 19.95 per month thereafter on your credit card, unless you cancel it.  I called to cancel that.  Later I found that the e-mail was fraudulent.  I checked my credit card charges, and they were much more that agreed upon.  I called the number to have the charges reversed.  They said it was done (3-5 business days), and that I was to return the product when I receive it.  I will.  I asked if I would be charged for the phone calls to the 855 number and they said yes.  Never, ever call or answer an 855 # again.

I bought CLA safflower oil from the same link and I have not received the items and I am struggling to get my refund as I cannot get through to the people, emails bounces back - abt R2k loss and yes I have seen the 19.95 going off my account. I have just put a stop to this now.

I saw a post on FB about a new product called Forskolin.  The post said you could get 5 bottles or $29.60 each. When I placed the order I went to my bank account and saw they had charged me $198 plus a separate charge of $4.95 for shipping.  When I call the number on the email I got the run around and was told that they would credit me back $50 and it would take a week or two before I would see the credit.  The person I spoke with refused to give me the name of the company and any additional information.  I quickly called my bank and had them cancel the charges.

answered ad for Foroskolin 3 bottles for 99.00 plus 2 free.  Called to cancel order and they offered me 60% off.  I stated no cancel order.  My account was charged $198.00 pluse another charge for 56.95.  Canceled debit card - filed dispute.  Will turn over to Postal Inspectors as product was sent through the USPS for delivery.

They didn't call me, but this number was on a receipt for product ordered online. The receipt does not have an amount.
They emptied out my checking account and I got charged an overdraft so who knows what they tried to get.

someone called me and I placed an order for a free sample at 4.95 shipping cost and then could cancel before a monthly charge would appear.  Called to cancel, waited for 6.5 minutes five times and was disconnected.

I ordered some products from this number.  When I called to cancel product.  They kept me on the line and then told me I was kicked from this conference.  I am afraid they will keep charging my credit card and I want to cancel the order.  What do I do next........Advise please

I would call the number on the back of the card and ask them to put a hold on the card until you can cancel the order. Of course it will mean you wont be able to use the card until you tell them its been resolved and to re-activate it.

I ordered a bottle of CBD oil. When i called this number, i was put on a waiting list for operator. Then disconnected.

I had same experience...told me I would not be charged for a month, then they tried to take money from my account.  When I called to talk to them, they said I could terminate my account if I sent back the FREE TRIAL I paid shipping for!!!!

Bought CBD oil now I want to cancel.

They are doing me the same way. They send me a bottle of the cbs tr after the free trail for $4.95 the next month and charge on my credit card $79.99 for it. And i didn't order anymore.  I return the bottle back unopen. When i could get in touch with them than, they told me my refund will be refund back within 19 days. And also of yet it hasn't been. Now when i call they are doing me like they're doing you. I send a report to rip off. And they will help to get your money back from them. Now everytime I try to call them about. The refund they are returning on my credit card in the amount of $79.95. A lady ansaawer and she say whole on we busy at time time. And will aswer soon AS. I hold on there in a couple of since it hangs up on me. I have try to call them still several times about this mater. And the lady keep hanging up. After they send me a bottle of the CBS.TR that I didn't order I called them two times after I recived it. And they gave me a address: 500N. Rainbow, LasVegas NV 89107 to return it. So I did return it. First time was a woman when I talked to her. And she ask me is it an unopen bttle. I told her yes. And she said I will get a refund within ten(10) day. After the ten (10) days. I called again this time it was a man and he ask me was it unopen. I said yes. Than he told me too. I will get my refund back on my credit card within ten (10) days. But never got it. Now I can't get awhole of them about refunding my $79,95 back. And they told me on the phone call than twice. I will get the refund back on my crdit card within Ten (10) days.And still as of today I have got the refund back as of yet. Date 10/1/2017. And I send the bottle back on July 14, 2017.

You should have disputed the charge with your card.  It might be too late now, which is why they kept putting you off.  This is why you should read your card agreement and note all the pertinent and important parts that are there to protect you.
