I got a call about a case my wife had and was told on the message(after I screened the cal because it came up Unknown) that i needed to call this number or they were going to track me amd my wife down at our jobs.  My wife is in intensive care and I called them back and gave the "case number"(it ended with the last 4 numbers of my wifes social).  I asked why are you threatening me if this is about my wife.  I informed him of her health situation, and he told me to have her call back! The company is called Allied.  If you search that a lot of bigger companies come up, but Allied Debt Collection works and I know that is what this is.
