left message, mumbled through message with name and mentioned the word attorney that she was calling because my name came acrossed her desk and I needed to call her ???

SCAM and/or DEBT COLLECTORS???

they send me randon texts messages about collecting and attourneys involved... I dont even have a loan.

called from a blocked number and left a message asking for my brother who lives in seattle. said he was eli from an attorney's office and a file was on his desk and needed to call back. weird thing is i live in dallas

Recieved messages and text messages from National Attorney Services for someone with another name.  When I called to get this name unlinked with my phone number and off of their list, they hung up on me twice almost immediately.  Very sketchy.

Try called my sister not me

Called about my sister, using her previous name claiming to be a lawyer with her file on his desk.

I got a call too. Same mo. Have got many all different no.s. i am pretty sure they are scammers.

Got a call the woman said they were attorneys as well.  Told me my social that is what scared me a little but was hateful and demanded I pay over the phone right now or else I would have to pay up to $5000 in fees!  I told her I wasn't going to give her my account number over the phone for a payment and that made her angry. Never gave me her name at all only a number when I asked and when I asked what company she was with she told me National Attorneys.  No attorney's office calls you at 8pm any freaking way!  Plus they called me private. I am sure they know the info but they are not attorneys she also threatened me with garnishments and told me I would have a summons for court in two days!

called today after i sent an email refusing to pay and fill out form and send it with my ID so now this woman is calling it sounds like her name is donna something can't understand her should i call back these damn people don't quit and the call comes in as a blocked call

Got a call from a Tyler Reed @ a company he said was NACS,  for someone named Stephanie Burnette. Said something came across his desk & she was to call back @ this number: 1-855-906-5626  x 284.

Tried to let them know no one here by that name. No luck!

I have had my "NEW" number for about 6 mo. Tired of the crap calls.

Wish they would stop.

This is a scam, do not give these people anything. They called a relative for something I knew wasn't in collection. I personally talked with the company who they claim to be collecting for and was told that it is a scam that tries to take money by scaring you and then you are out! Person name was David Stone ext 312

Yeah I also have been getting calls from a mister Tyler Reed phone Number 8559065626 extension 284 well at least thats number that he gave me to call call coming in restricted he was telling me that if I didn't pay then they would take me to court they will garnish my checks and all kinds of penalties and fees and it will go into thousands of dollars I wanna make it clear that I did take the loan that he called me about but then it kinda seems sketchy so I dug into it found this website read the comments call the place why I got the loan from and they told me that in fact it was overdue which I admit it was but it was not in collections so if you get a call from this NACS think and call to make sure
