I took a chance and called back. It was from a company doing surveys. We have an election soon so makes sense but I am on a no call list so They should not of called.

English robot-like male voice, mumbling on, could not understand what was said. I simply hung up.

called 5 times in two days, 4 times yesterday within 3 minute time span and just now. SCAM

Call came and, like many others, I don't usually pick up "No Name" calls but, this time I did.
It was a survey (upcoming election in Canada)
When asked who I planned to vote for I hung up.
855-925-0553 is now ...permanently...  blocked.

No message left so the assumption is it's a scam.

If they are from outside Canada they do not have to abide by our do not call lists.  And surveys are allowed, they are not covered by the do not call list rules.

Received a call from this number, I did not answer and they didn't leave a message.  Others have reported this as a survey company, so I'm not interested.

This number left a message that was just very loud scratchy noise.
