I got a call from this number too and the guy said his name was Roger Smith and that they needed to hear from me today before the end of business.

This is a number was given as a return call for legal proceedings.  They slipped and said they were Foster Brown and Assoc. in Fort Mill, South Carolina.  There has not been a Foster Brown legal firm in that community for over 9 years.  It appears to be a scam.  The can find out a lot of past information about you but nothing recent.  Their area code is actually 980.
