Who are these Harassing calls from

Are these people scammers. Received a phone call from th saying I word a payday loan in 2011?

I think so they call saying they have charges against you....but they are willing to settle if you pay them right away...No one Does that!!!!!!

these scammers phoned today. fresh off the heels of 202-417-2021. they wouldn't provide a company name or any information but had my name and social AND this time, called my brother's number which was a first (because I'm not returning their phone calls).

here's where it gets crazy: Christen talked in circles. she stated there was an outstanding debt that they'd like to resolve, but when I advised her I'm aware of how, she then backtracked and stated she was never going to ask me for payment over phone then hung up. THEN upon calling her back, she stated for me to call the Attorney General to resolve my debt. game over, scammers busted as they now know I'm waaaayyy on to their crap and wouldn't be stupid enough to even throw spit their way to resolve anything

oh and "First Capital Associates" or as they call themselves "FCA" claims I took out a loan in 2011 which I know for a fact isn't true. I haven't had time to phone police today but soooooo tired of calling law enforcement because these scammers simply pop up w/ a new number.

although I'm not sure what their goal is in calling me: I simply report their nonsense and the scammers have been calling for FIVE years++ all claiming court action is pending if I don't pay. yea right! all have fake company names etc. but sooo sick of their nonsense. I wish I could reach through phone and drag these clowns right to a federal prison!!

Received a call from Marshall Taylor about an outstanding debt no information on who I owed or the amount. What pissed me off they are also calling my family. .....would like to meet these [***].,,,,,
