Being harrassed by this company who calls themselves, Paramount Distribution LLC. They shipped an item to our company that we did not order and they began to call and harrass us for money. When we told them we didn't ordered it they continued to harrass us. We wanted to return the product, they would'nt let us and the paperwork has a PO box.   DO NOT ACCEPT A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY

These amateurs are just playing a version of the old office supply/lightbulb scam: claim someone ordered their worthless junk (after duping them by telling them they are the "preferred supplier" looking to "confirm an order"), ship the junk, then hound you for money.

Most states have adopted some version of the Uniform Commercial Code, which allows you to refuse delivery.  Simply send a written statement to their fax number stating that you have refused the delivery, that they must contact you to arrange their pick up (at their cost) of their property, and that it will be stored for a reasonable period of time.  If they fail to do so, you will make reasonable efforts to sell the property per the UCC, and will retain out of the proceeds the reasonable expenses of
caring for and selling the property, including a sales commission at the legal prescribed rate.  

If they actually try to seek legal action, let them.  Be sure to have your state Attorney General represented at the hearing as well, as they will have much to talk about.

Be care with this company Paramount Distribution LLC. The record your conversations without you knowing and call you seprate time to get you to say yes to something. Saying something like "would you like to try" or "if your not satisfied send them back" only trying something from them means paying full price and returning them will cost you 20%. These are things they do not tell you!! Be warned they are crooked and way over priced!!!

I think the manager/owner/thief is called Jeff.  Every time I call and tell them to pick up their light bulbs, they hang up on me.  I may just fly out there and make a personal visit with the police.  I know it's a low priority for law enforcement, but someone has to take a stance.

Please do your research before posting such comments. You obviously have no knowledge on the states attorney general and how that office works. I'm sure they sell overpriced merchandise like I've read, but your entire statement is not the way to handle a situation like this. Please be Bette informed in the future of federal and your states laws.

Bulbs are certainly expensive and priced too high. But I do have to say I admit to placing an order with Paramount myself about a month ago, and the quality of their product has been excellent. Still too much money though.

That means the company did NOT order the bulbs.
They were unordered.
Therefore they need not pay for them.
They can "just say 'NO'".
That also means anything they received (that was sent intentionally) can be kept ... by law!

This [***] clown sent us some free light bulbs.... Misrepresented who he was. At some point he is going to screw the wrong person and either end up in jail or dead.

This company called my maintenance guy, who happened to be in the middle of something else, thus distracted, and was already expecting a bulb shipment from our normal local supplier, and mistakenly thought it was them.  It didn't register our normal supplier doesn't call for confirmation.  Unfortunately, the box was not refused when shipped.  He attempted to contact Paramount for return within the 15-day "grace period" but the "supervisor" never returned the calls.  I finally got involved when I got the invoice for PO processing AFTER the 15-day return policy, and I asked him "who is this company?" and he told me the story and he had been trying to deal with it himself.  So I contacted them and of course, they don't have any record of him calling about this in the 15-day period, nor the original "order" call (which my guy says never happened and would have hung up), just the "shipping confirmation" call, which was recorded, and he sounds totally distracted.  If the invoice would have gotten to me before the 15-day period I would have dealt with it and returned them.  They didn't return my first call either, so I called them again and actually got a response.  I told them my guy was not authorized to purchase these, so it doesn't matter that he answered "yes" to that question.  I asked if my 3-year old child would have said "yes", would they have shipped them also?  I stated they needed to give me an RMA, but they refuse.  They are trying to work out some form of payment, by offering a discount, but I don't want them, we don't even use these types of bulbs or kelvin color.  Unfortunately, they have the confirmation recording, but I don't want these bulbs.  This is a case of mistaken identity and a busy maintenance guy.  Yes, I've discussed this sternly with my guy, but that doesn't solve the issue.  Any suggestions on this situation since it wasn't exactly a "non-order"? but rather a mistaken identity issue and their refusal to take the product back?  If anyone who already orders from them wants to buy them at half price including the warranty, call me at 651-797-7819 and we'll make it happen.  My cost is $235.55 for 15 CFL13W 4100K bulbs with 10-year warranty.  Thanks.

This company Paramount Distribution LLC in shrewksbury pa is a scam company.  Sends product (my cases light bulbs lol) from an anonymous po box, and tries to get you pay a grossly inflated invoice.  Don't waste your time responding, they will only hassle you and berate you as if you were at fault.

A man called last Nov 19th or 20th. He was telling me that he was going to send out some sample chemical for me to try out. And, he wanted to make sure my address was corret. A few days later I have recieved a case of 4 gallon size all purpose cleaning chemical manufactured by Superior Chemicals LLC. I have opened and used a cup of the chemical to see how it work, but did not use any more. Also, there was a very small UPS envelop packet came in from the same address which I shook to see what sounded like was some business cards inside. Did not think anything of it, and left it in my mail box. This morning I found a invoice amound of $495.80 from the Paramount Distribution LLC. I called the number 855-925-5001 and talk to Tiffany and told her that I did not order the chemical and will send them back if she sends me return label, According to her, they do not send out return label and was telling me to pay for the shipping charge, if I want to send them back. I will not pay for the product which I did not order. Nor would I pay for the shipping charges. If they want the chemical back, let them come and get them, or send me the shipping label. She told me that she will talk to her boss and will call me back soon that was over seven hours ago.

This company called about selling me products and I agreed to try them out. They shipped 4 gallons of some cleaning solution and I was busy at the time, received the product, a week or so ago, received the invoice today for$774.70 + $24.80 freight.   THAT IS $193.67 A GALLON......WTH? This is a ridiculous amount for this kind of product.
