Yes, I received the same call. Called the number on back of the card. They said I was late in payment. It is a legit call and legit 855 number.

I thought it was a scam, But it is not. I received a call from this number every day for over 2 weeks and i just ignored the call and the voicemail that was left (to call the number and enter a code left in the voicemail). I finally called Citi Bank at the number on the back of my card and found I somehow missed a payment and now have a past due amount. I would suggest you NOT call back the number however and call the number on the back of your card to find out why you have a message. There are far too many scams out there to take a chance.

My experience is the same as Alert one.

I keep getting a call from 904 525 8137 wanting me to call.  This is regarding Citibank Costco account I was to return the call to 8559265154.  I looked upp the numbers on the Web and many people have identified them as spam callers.  I would like these calls to stop right away.  I have had several and usually hang up but this one left a message 9-26-2018 at 10:43 AM to call back as above.
