Received a unknown call and left a voicemail saying it was dispatch contacting me to let me know they were going to try again to serve my summons. If they failed to do so that legal action would be taken without my knowledge and to call this number back.

This is a debt collection scam trying to scare / threaten you into calling & paying them. These kinds of legal threats are illegal (they say they're sending a summons & if you don't call back they'll proceed with legal action without your knowledge). They also contacted my family saying this was about collection), also illegal even if true as they can only ask for contact info, not mention debts or legal threats (though I have no active debts anyway). The woman did not mention her company, & the number came up as restricted, common in these sorts of extortion scams.
