An automated text from a company that has a legitimate notarizing app called ‘Notarize’. It can be verified in the App Store and online. Check your email for a message from whomever had initiated the request for a notarized document. In my case, it was Carvana and they sent me an email explaining why I got the text.

I thought it was another scam, but it wasn't.

I received a text message stating, "You have a document that needs to be notarized. To continue on mobile, follow this link https://notarize.app.link/raXHawzOtib. To continue on web, follow the instructions in the Notarize email on a laptop or desktop computer.

I checked my Inbox and did have a valid email from my lender explaining that I could use the Notarize app for the form in question.
