Call me left a message. They were going to pull 399 dollars to my account for a
Prescription.

I just got a phone call from the same number. And they told me it was technical support. And they were going to charge my account $399 for technical support on a computer. I don’t own a computer or a laptop. Then the guy started calling me all sorts of names including the B word.

This caller called me with an automated voicemail. Stating that they were going to charge my account $399. I called the number back and some Indian guy answered the phone. And told me that it was technical support for a computer that I own.  When I told him I don’t own a computer he said or the laptop I am using. I do not own a laptop either. He then Proceeded to call me every derogatory  name under the sun. I told him he is not allowed and his company is not authorized to pull any money out of my account and they need to stop committing fraud.They said their technical support company is called IOYU!

I also was called stupid and told it I don't want the firewall protection then my system wouldn't be protected any more

The person that sounded like he was from India, said that I needed to give him all kinds of personal information like my date of birth, last 6 digits of my social security number, where I was born, my bank account number, credit card number with expiration date and the three digit number on the back for payment for a firewall software program, email address, home address, and some personal information like my favorite likes and what I have done in life. So, I gave him all of that information; but, later I found that my credit card was used until it was maxed out. WTF!

I got a call from a guy, said his name was Jason Brown, very heavy Indian accent. He said he was from Apple Security dept and that multiple people hacked my network. He wanted me to give him full control of my laptop and wanted to charge me a fee to to fix my computer $399. I told him I didn't subscribe to his service and that if my system had in fact been hacked I would take it to Brst Buy where I bought it and have the Geek Squad go through and fix it. He was not happy and kept trying to argue so Ibhung up on him.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO OR ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER THEY WILL HACK YOU AND STEAL YOUR INFO OFF YOUR COMPUTER!!!!!
