Telling me I am going to be charged 399.99 for a computer  license... I have no idea what it’s about and when I ask them he is rude and hangs up?

He is a CROOK who wants remote access to your computer.  IGNORE the call.

Weird message about a subscription that was cut in with a very sexually explicit message about wanting child pornography. Disgusting.

A lady called me with the same story...the computer license.  I was told to call if I wanted to cancel the license renewal.  I called the number out of curiosity  but no one answered.

Received call stating that my information was stolen and being used for illegal activities and that they were going to help me remove the hacker's access to my network so they can find out who the hackers are. When I questioned this and asked why the police haven't contacted the caller got angry with me and stated that he was going to transfer my case to the Federal authorities and that I would have $1,500 taken out of my account for not cooperating. When I continued to question him and ask why the police have not been involved, he got frustrated and hung up.

Called at 6:30 AM with threatening message.

Received a cut off voicemail from this number stating that ?99.99 was going to be taken from my account & to call this number to cancel the subscription. I'm ignoring it.

Now 855-948-3682 left voicemail  stated Today they charged my account $299.99 cents for services performed and a subscription and to call same number back to get a refund if l am not satisfied with services.do not know of any services performed or subscrption.It is a scam.did not call back. Same number has called my home before. Much more threatening.

So the scammers were using this number but if you are scam baiting do not call it as the scammers have stop spoofing there number as this and this number is actually a flower and funeral service.

They call often from this and other robots saying they are federal government calling to say my ss# was compromised doing bad things and soul
D be canceled bless I bold and talk to an agent.

A recorded message was left on my home telephone; the only information that was heard starting with...."and 99 cents. The recording further instructed to call the above number to cancel the subscription, otherwise, the fee could not be refunded.

Said that a computer antivirus was expiring and that I needed to cancel or be charged $299.99. I knew it was a scam but told him that I haven't owned a laptop in 3 years and he hung up.

Only a Scammer would want Remote Access to give a Refund.

Never allow anyone Remote Access unless you know them to be reputable and you contacted them first! Scammers can lock you out and hold your computer ransom with Syskey (Microsoft SAM Lock Tool).

• ANYONE who calls or emails you and says your computer called/contacted them is a SCAMMER.
• ANYONE who calls or emails you and says your online server called/contacted them is a SCAMMER.
• Windows Operating System licenses do not expire.
• ANYONE who calls or emails you with a message about your computer having illegal activity, is a SCAMMER.
• Apple will never, ever call you about alleged suspicious iCloud activity.
• ANY Tech Support Warning pop-ups you get while accessing the internet asking you to call a number or visit a website, is from a SCAMMER.
• Web Browsers DO NOT have the ability to determine and warn you your computer has an error. They can only warn you about a potential malicious website. A Browser is software that allows you to surf the Internet, not diagnose a computer or phone.
• ANY Tech Support company that insists you need their services because of some error, outdated software or tries to convince you that you need to allow them remote access is a SCAMMER.
• Nobody could possibly know if your computer or devices have an issue unless you tell them or gave them access.
• Tech Support companies DO NOT call or email to give out refunds because they are "going out of business", or to "cancel a subscription".  Companies DO NOT give refunds unless they have to.
• Companies DO NOT call to inform you that your subscription will be charged if you don't call back, only SCAMMERS do that. If you have a subscription with someone, they automatically charge you until you cancel it and they don't give a refund.
• Only a Scammer would want Remote Access to give a Refund.
• 3rd party Tech services DO NOT include Email account repairing or password resetting, since they can not access the email server unless it belongs to them.

Never trust a caller who wants to "help your computer" for any reason (unless you contacted them first), as they are only going to scam you. If you need Tech Support, you should contact a reputable local service.

Got a vm from this number: "This is the final notice for (my name), regarding loss of property at (street I live on/no number). If we don't receive a call from you by the end of the day, we will have no choice but to report this to higher authorities"        I never got anything else, no name, just this number to call back.
