Received a call from this number stating they were with Affirmative Mediation Group and the rep stated her name was Francesca White @ ext 301 and stated that I had 3 legal matters and that I had a restraining order against me and that I had until Monday @ 5 to call her back????!!! Wow!!! So I tried to call back and the "lady" at ext 301, wanted my "case #" and said "oh, disregard the call"!!!!! So, what's up with these scams!! People need to get a life!! And a "real job"!

she has been harrasing everyone in my family to get to me. my mother is 85 years old and getting threatning phone calls to get my phone number. REALLY... yes i agree get a life . i really dont have time for this non sense.

Civil Investion Unit with a file number 101649 said I had 4 hours to call the number given for check fraud and that I had to appear in court also A restaining order was being issued against me. If I did not call back then I would be arrested for the 4 charges pending against me.

What I love about this scam is: If they want you to call them back, why did they issue a restraining order? That's to keep people away! I am sure that these foreign criminals, trying to extort money on fake debts, have been watching too many old episodes of "Law & Order".

They called my mom house with the same BS. Its a Scam.. I have a friend that is a Lawyer and he says they are so ignorant because half of the things they say is illegal. They can't tell your personal business, scare a person with legal actions etc. Most legit debt collector know this. If they do that's a lawsuite!!

I just called this number to inquire who was calling me. I spoke to an Evan at Affirmative Mediation Group; P O Box 520; Chester SC. I told Evan he did not need to know my name as I was just responding to an illegal phone call and I wanted to know who to report to authorities.

At  first started getting calls from an actual live person.  It started with the spill of you are involved in a class action civil suit...blah blah blah and then asks me if I am this such person(Jane Doe), I say no I'm not, they say do you know this person, and I say no and hang up.  These calls came from all over the U.S.  If you call the number back it has been disconnected.  Now I am getting pre recorded messages regarding  a civil suit and threatens with a restraining order.  How absurd are these calls.  I'm just glad it isn't just me.  In the pre recording can't understand the name they are requiring to.  I just want them to stop.

received a call from 855-958-9329 and read the voicemail.  Sounding official stated that there is a restraining order against xxxx (who does not live here). This is the second time in two years we have received a call like this.

Just received  a voicemail this morn . I have 24 hrs to respond with a case number . I have gotten these before . Don't call them back . They usually sound like they are from India. They have their computers hookup to Magic jacks . Multiple numbers they will call you from . It's a big Scam !!

I checked this number on several websites and found that this "company" is trying to scare people into giving their checking acct information to settle immediately.
I waited for them to call again and told them that if I would like a copy of the paperwork, restraining order, subpoena and I would contact a lawyer because I have not received anything on the matter. They told me they would not mail the information and after I said they'll get nothing from me until I see documentation, the calls stopped coming.
6 months later, they're trying to pull it again. Time to start telling them that I am reporting them to the authorities for fraud.

Yeah they've been calling me also, started on Friday, same crap, same b.s., same scam.  

I have gotten a number of calls from this num # 855-958-9329  claiming I took Out a Loan From a state I have not lived in in years. I ask what was the name of this Company the guy replied "Greg Davis" is the name he gave me  said this is  Affirmative mediation I asked where are you located no answer I then stated that the call was being recorded he treated to see me in court unless i paid back for a loan i never too out on a settlement a settlement means you are to pay me and there were a few other red flay issues PLEASE BE WEAR  AND BE CAREFUL Don't give out your current address or the rest your social SCAM.... what can we do to get these Guys calling and harassing people. Treating to tack them to court they need to be in Jail.

These payday loan scams are all over the place and all over this site.  I'm surprised the people that are behind these scams still think that people are going to fall for this, but unfortunately all they have to do is get one person every couple of hundred calls to fall for it and they stay in business.  I've spent years working in law enforcement, and I even fell for a few of these scams a couple years ago.  Remember no one is going to call you to tell you they are filing charges if you don't pay.  Any legitimate agency is just going to file the charges if their really is a case against you.  How a restraining order can be used in collecting a debt, is beyond me.  They use these type of words to scare you into paying.  Don't fall for it, if it sounds unbelievable, it probably is.  They prey on people who they believe they can talk into believing they took out a loan they don't remember.  The reason you don't remember it is because it never happened.  They can't and won't provide paperwork, because their is none.  You can report these guys and others to the State Attorney General's Office in the state of S.C. and your state, Also report them to the FTC and FBI at www.ic3.gov.    

Keep getting calls saying it is a suite againt my daughter.  Loser, if this is true, then serve me through the court system, don't leave recorded messages.

Keep getting calls for someone that doesn't even live here from this number. The message said that the person had a lawsuit and protective order pending against them and that they needed to call back ASAP. I finally got a live person on the phone and I asked "Richard" if I needed to contact my attorney to get in touch with their attorneys to file a lawsuit against them for harassment. He started stammering immediately, apologized, and said he wasn't responsible for calling my house. I told him his company was, and was going to hold him equally responsible. He asked for my number and said it would never happen again.

This company called me today with an "automated recording" saying what has pretty much been said already.  Civil action filed against me and that I had 24 to 48 hours to respond and something about a restraining order.  Really?  restraining order? come on now... be a bit more original.  They claimed to be Affirmative Mediation Group and a quick search brought this back http://www.wrdw.com/news/onyourside/headlines ... -234665281.html

Dont let them bully you.  I have only had my phone number for about a month and NO ONE has it (not even family) because I generally use my cell phone for everything so that is how I know that most of these calls are pure b.s.

Do your homework... dont give in... and send them a message.

Ms Francesca White called my office as well with the same threats/ debt/restraining order etc.    I told her it was impossible for an employee of mine to take out a payday loan in my companies name.  Told her I was turning her in and she might want to take this "fake co" off her resume.
