I received a voice mail from this number claiming to be someone from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, saying that they needed to speak with me. It sounded somewhat suspicious (slightly robotic) and since when I discovered the message it was late on a Saturday night, I did not call them back.

Received same call... On a Saturday.  Seemed odd, so I did not return call. Will contact Anthem directly Monday to inquire.

I called the number back and it was an automated call from Anthem letting me know that my insurance was ending soon and what I needed to do to renew. They also left a number you can reach if you don't want to receive any more automated calls: 1-844-203-3796.
