refused to identify the organization or purpose of the call. Acted incredibly dense when told the person she requested to speak to was not at the number.

Caller asked for someone who hasn't lived here in iver 7 years. When asked who was calling, the woman simply said they would remove the  number from the contact.

Potential Spam, I amswered, said [***] off, and hung up.

They not answer and hung up on me, came up as “Radiusglobalsol”

Person called and then said it was a personal matter.  Told them that I was at work, then a male got on the phone and I told him to put me on their do not call list.  He said if I wasn't the person then he would do that.  Hung up and blocked the number.

Debt collectors are not telemarketers.  They don't have a "do not call list".  You must tell them that they cannot call you at work.  That should be followed up with a letter on a company letterhead.

You will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt, and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

You have to wonder why someone in PA would be the owner of a business that is located in Florida.  Must be a heck of a commute every day.

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.  If and when you get that letter you should immediately send that debt validation letter by certified, return receipt mail.

calls once a day or twice/three times a week. never says anything.

This number calls yet won’t identify the company.  I just hang up.

Happened to me. Same voice set up. The women on the phone. Said her name was Shonda. They said it was Quest Diagnostics. I supposedly owed $10,000 somehow. I’m blocking them and figuring this matter out because… wth. I only answered because I’m waiting on a specific phone call from an unknown number. Smh good luck everyone.

I keep getting calls from this number. They claim to be radius global solutions trying to collect a debt from quest diagnostics.. I've never dealt with these people. Either quest, or radius global. None of my debts have EVER been sent to a collection agency. My credit score remains in the upper 700s and even my credit report does not show that I owe radius or quest anything.
I politely asked the potato that called me if she wanted to play "violate the Geneva convention" in my basement. I explained that it's great game and  would hardly be a crime since she's barely a human. She hung up.

When asked what the call about, said it was a private matter. I said I was the father of who they wanted which was me. Said he couldn't discuss it. He said is this a good number to reach me. I said he doesn't talk to anyone. He's disabled. They said ok I'll take the number off the call list.

As was previously discussed this is a debt collector and not a telemarketer selling goods and/or services.

I did did not answer. Caller did not leave message. Suspected scam call since my number is a non listed private number.

Agree. Ignorant Dullard called and I had to cuss at her to give me her name and Company name. Said it was Radient??  Wouldn't tell me the nature of the call. Indian accent. Always wary of they when they call.
