called 3 times today, 3rd time said he was from a certified business company, then hung up

Energy saving scam. Supposedly I was to have seen their trucks in the area working on homes (I have NOT!). Call came in as Toll Free Call on my Caller ID. I listened to enough to realize it was a scam and put the phone down and let him talk away to the space. When I heard the off the hook tone, I hung up the phone and blocked the number.

Same thing, left no message, blocked

Said they were in area - gal named Wanda was friendly - tried to call and cancel them coming to give estimate on window - not a valid number -

Called saying they have trucks in my area for energy windows install. Having gotten this call before I know it was a scam call. I said I don't buy anything over the phone....

Called twice. Did not answer.
