- LINDA| 1 replyI received a call from an unknown number, stating that they were a Microsoft technician with Expert PC telling me that (of what I could understand, language) stating that my computer was coming up as many errors on Windows and for me hold the "r" button and the Windows button at the same time to see all of my errors. I then asked for their company's name, Expert PC, and then I asked for the telephone number of this company, they gave me one, 18558738726, as they were on the phone I looked the number up and told them that number did not associate with any company, and then they gave me 18559738726, same thing, they gave me their website as www.xpertpc.com, it's in Japan.....I contacted Microsoft and this is a scam, Microsoft will never call, mail or email you in regards to errors.

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

http://www.net-security.org/secworld.php?id=13376 - ReubenSome man with a barely understandable foreign accent called me 3/6/2014. He claimed to be from GBM (Google Business Machines) and was calling because my computer had a serious problem. He wanted me to get into my computer's MS config to fix it. I asked for his name and number. He stated his name was "John Parker" (a common name in India or Packistan?) and phone number 1-855-973-8726. I said I would call him back, but then he didn't want to talk to me anymore.
- K. Grossman replies to LINDAThis person just called me too.....I said I had to wait until my daughter could help me before I would do anything. I could no hardly understand him talk (NOT American)!!!!! I asked what his name was and he said "Allan Jackson"....ha, that should be a clue it is a scam!!!
