claim to help with up to $1000 for rental assistance? not sure if its true

The answer is very simple. If they ask for some kind of advance fee, or ask for your banking/credit card information then yes, it's a scam.

This is a payday loan company.  Or so they say.  They call themselves CashnetUSA.    They insert this number in advertisements or phony advertisements for rental properties.  No telling who they really are.  Ignore them.  Anyone who offers you a loan over the phone is suspect.   Anybody who feels the need to put up their contact number in what appears to be phony ads for rentals can't be all that valid.  

I'd stay away from them.
