Scam caller, Legal problems you have.

"Paul Grant" calling from a private number to say that I've been named in a "pretty serious lawsuit." Left this number for me to call back, along with a reference/case file number. Lots of stress on the urgency of the situation, which screams SCAM.

I received a call from a process server who referred me to 855-984-0874 who claimed to be Walsh Law Service who said I owe an old credit card account $20,000. which I do not.

This company called my job. Then they said they are going to come and serve me paper work between 9a and 6p. These people said they where from the Walsh Law firm as well! CRAZY

received a call from this number, my phone didn't ring, msg left from a Tony Valencia stating he was going to deliver me legal paperwork tomorrow between 9 - 4. If i wasn't going to be available to call this number and reschedule, left this number, a case number and said my not being there to receive the paperwork would advance the legal process. I called the number back from my fax machine and was told this is Walsh Assoc, I asked what they did and was told they are a litigation firm.  I'm unaware of owing anyone any money. It did bring me a lot of stress since my ex likes nothing better than causing me problems.

He threatened me and knew about my family

These guys need to be stopped, they knew all my information. Anyone know where one can report all this?

Can you contact the police.  They have called me. I have not returned the call.

Is this a scam call.  I’m to afraid to call back. Lol. I no silly right.

They called from a number without caller ID twice. Twice in a row last Friday and again just now. I don't answer numbers I don't know or without caller ID. They said I'm going to be served papers, didn't say what company from or who they work for. I do have unpaid medical debt from last year and I have unpaid credit card debt from 10 years ago. So it freaked me out! They only said they're from process server dispatch and to call 855-984-0874 immediately.

I got the same call. Called back and wouldn’t verify for him my ssn. He got rude and hung up, told me he breaks hearts all day long. Obviously not a business. Don’t fall for it!!

I received a call from a Kelly Anderson. When I called the number she gave me, I spoke with a Mr. Rodriguez from "Walsh & Associates ". I called the number for the actual Walsh & Associates in LA and they informed me that there were no such people working for them and that they had gotten several phone calls about this scam.

Got the exact same voice message.  Not sure. I have old debt.  Might be legit??? 3rd party cerditor??? Hope not.

Did anyone ever come to serve the legal papers??

I was contacted by a process server first on my cell then on my work phone. I was given a case number and phone number to call for more information. I called-being that they called me at work! Walsh & Associates transferred to Mr. Rodriguez I asked for validation of this debt or something to be mailed to me he talked about payment arrangements and when he read me the address I said that’s incorrect and he didn’t care he just wanted payment. Oh and they even called my boss and his wife’s cell phone. Been super stressed out with all of this!

I talked with them on the phone today.  Very rude. Had all my private info.  Social.  Old credit card number.  Said their suing me.  They were not asking for money, but said it’s too late.  I told them I’m doing BK.  They said it’s in LA courts but I live in SD.  ??? I m contacting my legal services.

They are calling everyone one I know leaving dates and times they are going to serve me. From a blocked number. No one comes. It’s going on for weeks. Leaves number to call law office but the numbers not coming up belonging to the law office? If you’re being served, you’re being served. They don’t keep calling with dates and times. They need to be stopped. This is screaming scam.
