This is a phone call/number look up site.  Not a "I don't want to be counterfeited site".  I would suggest that you hire a lawyer who specializes in this.  In the meantime your post is being reported for removal.

Scammers mainly from Indonesia and the Philippines set up sites at Gearlaunch, use stolen designs, and spam Facebook groups with their ads for the shirts.  The complaints are valid.

The Gearlaunch scammers are also spamming Reddit.

Under the name teesmaterial99.store they are stealing people picturesa off of facebook and using them [***] advertisements to sell tee shirts without peoples permission.  this is called Misappropriation of Likeness.  In most states you can be sued for using someone else's likeness without permission for personal gain.
