call about lowering credit card rate. Says press one to talk to person but when you tell them to stop caling they just hang up. Called back number and left a ton of messages not to call but did not help. going to report to FTC to see if this will hepl.

LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - NJ. maybe if we keep contracting their phone carrier it might stop them. I complain to level 3 communication about it . they are the ones suppling the number to the scam artists. anything for a buck.

call from this number, Laurel Springs, NJ.. to my cell.. no message left.  I don't even have a credit card. Leave me alone!

Caller left a voicemail with 4 seconds of dead air then a female said goodbye. Going to block as I have been getting a lot of "telemarketing" scam calls lately.

As above.  I'm on the national do not call list.  I'm filing a complaint with all these callers.

856 282 5053 consumer aid keeps calling.  I have told them not to call me again!!!!  They did and I screamed at her.  Now I am going to buy a whistle and they will be unhappy.

I got a call from this number. I was not near my phone, and noticed I had a missed call. They didn't leave a message. I went to this site, because I suspected it was a scam, and sure enough, it was. Just wanted to let people know that this number is actively calling people, as of 4:36 PM on 11/20/2015, Eastern time. I get these calls, periodically, and try to log information on this site when I do. I appreciate everyone who posts on here, and am sorry that you get bothered by these people, as I do. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Another scammer from Level 3 Communications.  These guys seem only to sell to illegal telemarketers and scammers.  Another blocked call.  We don't answer calls from numbers we don't recognize!

Credit Card Interest scammers ---  I often get some perverse enjoyment out of playing along just to waste their time....  old people can be nasty like that.

SCAMMERS:   from NJ calling trying to SCAM anyone they can.  CONSUMER AID--------Never a message.    I have told them over and over nothing here for them.   THIEVES,   need to stop calling.

receiving robo calls daily from 856-282-5053. I have my phone number registered on national do not call list. I hang up.

I told them "you need to stop calling". Their response to me was "you need to shut up". But they continue calling.....

I keep them on the line as long as possible, string them along as if I'm biting. Them hit them with... " What do you tell people when they ask you what you do for a living? Do you tell them that you're a bleepin thief?" "Get a job, you bleepin thief......" They hang up. Get the same call again, I run the same drill. The longer they're tied up, the less time they have to scam some unsuspecting soul.
