This number calls and asks for a person I don't know by name. It seems to be an automated call. I don't know who to stop this.

The phone number belongs to SRA Associates of New Jersey. They are a debt collection agency that collects on Credit Card bills that have not been paid. If it is not you they are calling for, you should contact them back by email or phone and explain that.

I have received calls from SRA for a month now. Tried hanging up during the 3 'seconds' allowed but the calls continued. Of course, the number says that it's not in service. Listened to the message and called the 18007350552 provided. Told them that they have the wrong person and to stop calling. From other reports on SRA (see 18569251180) this may not work. We'll see. I'm personally ready to report them to the FCC.

They used up all of my minutes on my prepaid phone. I get charged $1 a day for any received phone calls. They called me consecutively everyday until I had no more minutes left. I'm willing to join in on any reporting or lawsuit.

Received calls 2 days in a row from 1-856-925-1040 and 1-856-925-1180.  I'm not the person they are looking for, but I know who it is.  I called 1-800-735-0552 and gave them information on how to find that person. The woman I spoke with was polite and promised not to call my number any more.  We'll see ...

So you helped them locate the person they are seeking? It's idiots like you that perpetuate their calls in the first place!

It was a phone call asking for someone I don't know. The automated caller then says you have 3 seconds and then you are confirmed to be who they are looking for if you stay on the phone. They call daily and repeatedly and when I found out who they were and called them, they were extremely rude and short.

FEMALE VOICE - TAPED OF COURSE (COWARDS) ASK FOR SPECIFIC WOMAN EACH  TIME YET NEVER HEARD OF THIS WOMAN  BEFORE. HUNG UP STATIM EACH TIME YET CONTINUE TO RECIVE THREATENING CALLS. "EXPECT A VISIT" ETC.

WISH THEY WOULD TRY IT. TERMINAL PATIENT AND DO NOT NEED THIS. I  HAVE ZERO DEBT! TAPES SAYS TO CALL BACK WITH A PARTICULAR ACCOUNT # AT 1-800-735-0552 OR THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CALL AS DEBT IS 'SUBSTANTIAL.'

This is so annoying. I rec'd a call from SRA last night and hung up as I am not the person they are looking for.  Before noon the next day they called again.  I hit the zero button thinking I would get to talk to someone and stop this madness but instead it said...since you did not hang up in 3 seconds you are confirming that you are Mrs X. Great!  I called Verizon to see if there was anything I could do to block the call or something and after talking to two different people and wasting a half an hour I was told to call the State Attorney General(S.A.G.) and file a complaint.  I pulled up the S.A.G website and it says that they receive so many complaints that it will take a month or so to process yours.  So I guess we are just stuck. Looks like I am in for a month of harrassment anyway you look at it.

I had been getting calls from this company for 7 months in a row, at least 2 times a day, so i finally got a number to call them, and got a live person and was taken off the list, thank god! If yopu call 1-800-735-0552 between 8am, and 9 pm, they will take you off the list!

I've received a ridiculous # of recorded calls from 856-925-1040 looking for people that either 1) I don't know or 2) don't live at my address.

One of the people they were looking for was an in-law. How would they possibly make the connection between me and a brother in law?  A simple web search reveals how to get in touch with him.  A little more effort on their part and they could stop annoying an unknown number of other people.

Keep getting calls from this number and it is making me pissed.They just dont stop calling.I think they need to get a effing life.

you should pick up, i didn't have to give them any information and they seemed to know all of mine. turns out someone had stolen my identity and had made fraudulent charges. Just don't give them any information and if it's not you tell them and they'll stop calling and don't call there 1-800 number just call them back at the number they call you at. Once again DON"T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION if it's the legit one they should already have it. let them tell YOU whats wrong

A woman called asking for a Robert Ferdinand.  I've had this number for 2 years and never got anyone asking for that person.  I told them they had the wrong number.  She said sorry.

keep getting harrassing phone calls from unknown caller at an UNLISTED business number - told them to stop calling but they won't

I keep getting calls from this number for a relative that I haven't spoken with in ages. I know this relative has debts but that is not my problem. My other relatives (everyone with the same last name that can be Googled) have also been receiving these calls. I am not home when they call but they leave a very long message that starts with "if you are not the person we are calling about, please call us and tell us your reference number... hang up if you are not this person..." then at the VERY END they give you a long reference number. So you have to listen to the whole thing even though you aren't supposed to to get the ref # and take time out of your day to call them back and try to convince them that you are not that person. No thanks. Luckily my phone service has Selective Call Blocking. Any voice over IP phone (VoIP) phone service will let you block numbers for free - I suggest you look it up. Thanks to the person that posted all of their numbers.

Just missed a call from 856-925-1040.... just like it says above, it is SRA debt collections. I also used the number listed above 800-735-0552 and explained that I have had this number for over 10 years, and I AM NOT the guy they were looking for. They apologized and took me off the list.. It was that easy....

Auto. calling & message to wrong number (mine)  This company is a bunch of scum bags.  They call any number if the name is the same as the one they are trying to reach.  No regard for anyone.  Most evil wishes on them & their families.

I received a call from this number today. He identified himself as Tyrel. He asked me for personal information. When I told him I would not give him any personal information because I do not know who he is or what he wanted he told me that he would explain that AFTER I gave him personal information. I then told him I would not and hung up.
