They've called 3 times today: twice within a minute.  Never anyone on the line.  Blocking the number.

Gotten several calls from this number in the last few days on land line and my wife's cell phone. Don't know how they got the cell phone number as she rarely gives it out to anyone other than relatives and a couple of close friends. Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. If it is an important call they can leave a message. No message left, ie, not important.  

Basically the same as my note of Sept. 6, 2914.  Calls still coming to my wife's cell phone. We don't answer unknown numbers and no message was left. I wish they at least would have courtesy to leave a message if they think they are important. Otherwise, I assume they are just looking for "live" numbers with an automatic system.  They can sell "live" numbers to other scammers.

I was told if itis a carity or any type of government call (voting, etc), they can not be blocked.

said I owed $10K, I told them they were full of sh*t, they called back 3 times to tell me I was a b*tich
