This telescammer must have recently used one of those 'services' to sanitize this number and remove it from lists like this.  Very little info reported on this number other than it's a Massachusetts area code, but those who answer his calls report he says he's calling from Los Angeles, so he's probably spoofing this caller ID.  Reportedly a telescammer.  Found in the Spam folder in Google Voice, so apparently Google already has him figured out.  Reports say he's verbally abusive and demanding.  Must be getting tough to be a telescammer in the dying age of telescamming, now that consumers are getting smart and blocking them.  Save your breath, block this number and don't take his calls.

"This telescammer must have recently used one of those 'services' to sanitize this number and remove it from lists like this."  I would be curious to know exactly what "service" you think removed complaints about this number from this web site.  Only the administrator can do that.  There probably are simply not enough people getting calls from this number or they are simply not reporting it.

This site's administration has thus far rejected all attempts at reputation laundering by complaint subjects, arriving with either payola offers or nasty threats or both. The site owner has been to court and beaten opponents who whine that 800Notes unfairly manipulates its content. Dig into the News section for more. As BigA suggested, you will have to look elsewhere for signs of any SEO "fixer".

Persistent telemarketer. Sells "responsive websites" -- and doesn't take no for an answer. I politely hung up and blocked the number. If I needed your services, I will call you.

This number called me yesterday and left a minute-long silent voicemail. I called them back today and they told me they're from a company called Webdecor, so I reported them to the FCC for violating the several do-not-call lists that I'm on.
