Caller ID : Boston MA -  seems like Scammers

Added yet another to call block.  Works great.

Caller ID says "Boston  MA".  They leave no message.

I've been getting a lot of energy scammer calls lately.  About 3 weeks ago I received a call from 857 262 8052 (an energy scammer).  Same caller ID too.  Note how close that number is to this one.  I am assuming they are calling again from a new number.

This is NOT Eversource, National Grid, etc.  It is likely they are another energy provider claiming they are "switching you to a better electric/gas rate".  They offer variable rate energy that will likely save you a small amount of money in the short term.  They offer rebates that will likely never materialize.  At some point the rates will skyrocket without notice.  Although you can "cancel anytime" they are near impossible to reach.  All they need to switch you is your account number with your existing provider; NEVER give it to them.
