Unknown caller for unknown reasons

Call this #. Do not say a word, Wait. Call it again. Play them some music. Over & over, again & again. It will destroy them.

ask them their name, their social security #, their home address, just like they want to ask you.  

Do not entertain unfamiliar callers and it tends to increase the number of calls received. You may want to look into a call blocking device or app.

Just keep blocking the call they will tired of you quickly

A lot of times it's the same person with different numbers

This is a collection agency specializing in phone collections...landline and cell.  I had to call them back to find out who they are because they are never on the line when you answer the phone

so far had 2 calls from them both of which I hadn't had a chance to answer it.  unwanted calls I like to have fun with by talking dirty to them. Remember they don't know you so have fun but just be mindful of where you are when you take the call.
