Shows as "Consumer Debt Relief"

Unplugged when I saw call came from CA when I am in VA.  Now blocked

New number for the same old credit card rate scam call.

Card services    changed to consumer debt relief      block one they just call on another number     blocking or having no solicitors on the phone does not stop the calls.

Didn't pick up and got a voicemail:

There are no problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as one percent. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press the number one on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press the number three to discontinue further notices. Thank you, have a great day.

Obviously a spam call as this number did not come from my bank.

Same old same old message. Credit card services and this may be your final notice. I wish.

Same message - A recorded voice starts off with ... There are no problems with your account, blah, blah, blah. I hung up.

What's interesting is I get these several times a week from different numbers. They are just fishing. I pity the person who does have credit card issues and deals with these scam artists.

858-275-2550 called my LL 9/10/15 2:15 pm (AZ MST)  CID showed "consmer dbt rlf" wasn't about to answer, no msg left = suspicion confirmed here...

This company is annoying and keeps calling. when I called them back &asked them to stop calling me, they asked me if I am Chinese or Korean. They even used F word etc.
What a F Company!

They called and did not leave a message. After reading the posts I am sure it's a scam.

Have a whistle  read. Press 1 to get a hold of someone and blow that whistle hard as soon as they answer! They called me back from a different number and told me to suck his - he didn't finish because I blew the whistle again! I've done this twice and the calls are getting fewer all the time!

Yet another call from these people. They don't give up. They seem to go in cycles. I won't get any calls for months and then I get multiple a day and from different numbers, but always the same spiel. Consumer Assist - Consumer Services - Consumer Advocate are these all the same company or just similar scammers?
