6:18 pm, received it on my cell phone.  No messages left.

I've submitted complaint against 858-275-2555 with Federal Do Not Call registry.  It's easy:

The more complaints, the larger the fine when FTC finally sets up a bounty and allows us to
bait/track these guys down.  If we get half the penalty charged, these robocallers would be toast.

Caller ID says: San Diego, CA.  A "stop the electrical rate increase" robo call.

Robo-Dialer. Recording started before my outgoing message ended. What I could hear told me to press 1 to save on my electricity rate <blah><blah><blah> and to press 3 to get off their list. CallerId only said San Diego CA.

Caller ID said "KFJ Marketing." Hung up on our answering machine.

Hate to burst your bubble, but the Do Not Call list is useless. You would be better off getting a call blocker on your phone.

Same as Jean G. CID said KFJ Marketing. Spare yourself the robocall aggravation, block the number and report it to the FTC.

On a continual nuisance, I'll usually take the time to locate then respond directly to spammers, tm's etc, letting them know that I know, and others know, and FTC knows their name and address and that they are being reported as nuisance.

It appears the the previous report hit a nerve. The Owner of myleadgroup.com, Francisco Salvat, is claiming that they supply "exclusive" leads to telemarketers. He also claims that  "LHF Marketing, Bronson Zolik , Richard skrabe datavault and ryan gillies ( a spammer) and marquios dos which is call center in Utah", are also bad guys selling your names and phone numbers. The www.gogreenleads.com web site has only one page that states "Happy Days". SCESOLARELECTRIC.COM also  hide their actual internet contact information through http://www.godaddy.com. Interesting, KFJ Marketing LLC  143 Triunfo Canyon Drive # 214 West Lake Village, California (CA Sec of State shows: 5655 LINDERO CANYON RD STE 102 WESTLAKE VILLAGE CA 91362)  and myleadgroup.com 143 Triunfo Canyon Drive # 214 West Lake Village, California HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS.

In short, these are the people behind all the calls you get about Solar and other contractor calls. They are the bottom of the sewer. In short - they are TERRORISTS!!

This is the message as recorded by Google Voice (unedited transcript):

"Informing you that you are now qualified under our recent bill passed in Congress called the American Recovery Henry Investment Act permanently, reducing your electric bill up to 60% through the U. S. Renewable Energy program, the U. S. Renewable Energy Program will stop the 14% rate increase on your electricity bill coming soon, press 1 now. If you are a home owner and our pain, more than $150 per month for electricity press one now to stop the electricity bill increase coming soon. Again, press 1 now. If you are a home owner and pay more than $150 per month for electricity and would like to stop the rate increase. And if we have reached you in error and you want to be taken off the list, press 3."

Robo caller. I, too found all their info via a simple Google search. Their website says they are a marketing company.  Since telephone surveys are technically legal, even if your number is on the DNC Registry,  this is how they feel justified calling you. I also filled out their email contact for & called their #, both leaving a message for a representative asking to stop calling my number and using the automated selection to add my number to their do not call list.  I'm sure neither will get any action..neither will filing a complaint with the FCC, so I did the most effective thing we have to fight jerks like these: I just blocked their calls on my smartphone & will keep doing so until they give up and stop calling.
It's just frustrating to have to put up with harassment like thus when there are supposedly laws in effect to protect us. Our WONDERFUL Government at work, I suppose.

This Spam Company called at 12;;55 pm on 2/24/2015.   I do not answer unknown telephone numbers.  I research them and then block them as necessary.

Solar scammers. Number blocked and company name and phone number reported to office of California Attorney General. Fed up with lawbreakers disregarding regulations and exploiting loopholes in the DNC law. Let's hope the AG will close the loopholes in California and shut down this type of consumer ripoff.

Got call from 626-298- 8164 and "don" (forgot last name) called to make a sale on solar energy. He gave name to company in pasadena, but I couldn't understand. Call came to my cell phone while driving. I reminded him of do not call list and he began to argue. I asked 3 times to have my name removed and he kept arguing for me to listen to him. I cursed him and hung up. These people go to far. There have been constant compaints against these telemarketers and notheing is done. The government needs to fine them severly if they do this or, sad to say, because I like thwe idea of solar powerput them out of business!!!!

Robo call claimed to be from US Renewal Energy Program then tried to get me to press "one" to speak to them.  Will block that number.

The FTC has fined like 3 companies the past 10 years.  Filing complaints does nothing!  They get millions of complaints every day.  The 2 people who work at the FTC don't do SH**.  The telemarketers use fake "caller id." Most of the time they are in India or Florida, using fake area codes.

They call me non-stop, even though I am on the Do Not Call list since day 1.   They use a fake 858 area code.  They are a HUGE violator of the DNC list.  Filing complaints with the FTC does nothing.  Fake robocall claims to "lower your electricity rate."  A holes!!!
