This number keeps calling my home phone several times a day, and whenever I answer the phone, whoever is on the other line hangs up.  The Caller ID says it is calling from La Jolla, CA.  I tried to call it back a few times, only to hear a message that states, "The number you have reached is not in service. This is a recording."

I am sure you are full of it! This is crap! This number calls me up to 7 times a day and has been for 3 weeks. When i answer they hang up. This is harassment and it wont stop! with the number of complaints about this number anyone who can possibly praise them is not legit!  Your message even reads like a scam.

What happened after you filled the complaint? I just registered today, so i have to wait 30 days :( I hope the calls stop by then.

I have received 2-3 calls a day from 858-346-2222.  This morning I tried calling it right back and got a message that this number is not in serice reply.  I am on the do not call list and don't appreciate these type of calls.

Called on 11/16/2011 at 10 pm, looking for someone who has not had my number for over 8 years.  Did not identify themselves, told them I was irritated with their time of calling and to note the number is no longer the person of interest and to notate.

Had this number call a lot in the last few days, leaving no message.  I picked up one today and heard the background noise of a call center, then was disconnected.  Calling the number gives a message saying it's an out of service number.

The following number keeps calling my home in reference to time shares. It is unwanted.

I received several calls from this number--when answered there's only silence. No answer when I tried to call back.

told these people that i don't have a timeshare. don't want one. and to quit calling. now they call at all hours & just hang up. this am @ 6:30 & 9:00. last night @ 11:00.

I get 858-346-2222 4 or 5 each day. I just answer it and put it in my phone "No Ans __".  I started with No Ans A  and I am up to "No Ans Z"  That is lots of numbers I won't answer.

If my number is already on the do not call list, I can file a complaint now?

Just got a call from these guys, caller ID showed up as 858-346-2222.  I haven't been answering because I don't recognize the #.  I mistakenly answered today and no one spoke on the other end.  It was really weird, because I could hear people talking in the background.  I could very faintly hear a female's voice saying "hello, can I talk to Mr. (something)-a-rino," and I could tell she was struggling with the name.  So I'm guessing it is some sort of call center for something.

They just called and, after I said "Hello" and waited 6 seconds, they hung up!

Called twice, no response when phone answered. Already on no call list. Thanks everyone for the headsup!

These morons call ALL THE TIME! If a real person is actually on the other end, he/she 'usually' represents a Time Share something or other. It's a real shame that the Do Not Call Registry means nothing.
