i get calls from this number and they hang up when i call back it says it is not a working phone number

I got two calls from this number Friday ,the first one said Donald Fisher and when I picked up there was just alot of noise but no one said anything , the second one said Creams and when I answered they asked for me by name and said I had left my name and number so I could buy some wrinkle cream which was a lie ,tried to dial back and said not a working number ,they are spoofing and the number can't be traced !! And if toy really want to get them , just answer and go right along with them until they want the card number and then laugh at them ,they will be so mad they hang up on you !!

858-454-1122        Called my home phone at 11:35 am on Monday 9/29/15.   Left no message on my Answer machine.   When I tried calling the number back around 1 am wed I got a Recording stating " you have reached a number that is no longer in service please check the number and try again."

They said it was from the Doctor Oz Show.  They knew my name and offered me facial cream for day and night.  I have no clue where this is coming from!

So if any of you have PNC, I took a survey online and it said I could get free supplements by filling out the form, then I realized after I had put in my phone number, they wanted me to pay shipping so I cancelled, but since my number is already in their system, they continue to call me.  Lesson learned, don't use my phone number when filling out surveys

Do not order the 14 day trial for Biofinite and Perfect age Anti-wrinkle cream. If you keep it after 10 days you will be charged $87.63 for each.  Along with a $50.00 walmart card and magazines. It has been in my local newspapers for the past week. If you did order it DON'T open it send back refused!!!! Your credit card will automatically be billed monthly.
When I called to cancel and returning unopened bottles the women said well for half price you can use it for 10 days. I said no thank you. They are being returned unopened today.

I don't like receiving calls from numbers that I can't call back and that don't leave messages.

Missed a call from this number. Called back and got an error message OM-22 saying the phone number was no longer in service. Wasn't even 2 minutes between the time they called me and I called them back.
