- Elena| 1 replyThis company, Credit Solutions, call 3 times or more a day. Really annoying. Can we sue for harassment?
- anonymousThey are using a "roto-calling" scam to call people and verify phone numbers. The first call comes from 1-585-467-7258 (that is the automated message).
If you call back to tell them to stop calling you per the FDCPA, VERY RUDE people answer and if you hang up, they call you right back from 1-858-467-7200 and they then curse you out.
They are bottom feeding scum.- Caller: Credit Solutions

- Anonymous***BEWARE*** A woman called from this number and asked for my husband. She sounded very professional and said she was calling regarding "tax filing". As soon as my husband got on the phone she quickly rattled off where she was calling from and what she wanted (I guess thinking no one would listen to her) and demanded he confirm his "Tax ID Number". Of course that is his SSN and there is no way he was giving her that. So he refused and she said she already had it and gave him the last 4 digits (which were completely incorrect). He said "Nope" and she said she must have the wrong person and hung up. I worry that someone might take this seriously and offer up their SSN especially since it is Tax Season. Beware!!! Any credit card you have will already know your SSN.

- Fishing for FishyCalled me saying they were from UPS needing to verify my address for a package. They had my correct name and address. I asked whom the package was from; they couldn't tell me. As I kept questioning they asked if I would be home "tomorrow" for delivery so I said No. When I asked for their callback number they gave me 800-684-0572. That number only gives recordings with no company name. When I called this 7200 number listed on my caller ID, a polite receptionist told me she had no idea who might have called me claiming to be from UPS (or why) and when I asked for a manager she told me Mr. Teross (she spelled it) Bowen at ext. 7212 is president of Credit Solutions. She said they are based in San Diego. When I googled the name there is a Teross Bowen in San Diego, but I didn't go any farther.

Verified my last 4, then said they were really calling from a discharged debt over 15 years old. - HarassedThis number called my home last week & I told them that they had the wrong information. About an hour later they called my husband's cell phone & he told them that they had the wrong number & information. This week they called my home number again & I told them that it was incorrect, so 5 minutes later they called my cell phone. She keeps saying that it's a "personal business matter", but since I don't have any loans or credit cards... that hardly seems likely. She keeps asking for confirmation of my SSN. I told her that it's the wrong person several times & to stop calling all of these numbers. Her excuse is that other people are giving her my number, which I seriously doubt. They won't leave me alone!!!

- AmandaI have received several calls from this number. The company keeps asking for my social security number and additional personal information. This appears to be an identity theft company. If you receive a call from this company, call the local police or FBI.

- DodgerThey keep calling me, been months now and they started calling 3 or 4 times a day. I refuse to answer and after the phone rings twice they evidently hang up. Harassment, you bet...
- Aggravated & AnnoyedI am constantly getting calls from this number and they NEVER say anything at all. Sometimes, I just keep saying, "Hello", until they hang up. Other times I just say, "Hello" once and wait....nothing. What's up with that?
- Caller: Who knows?
- AnonymousI don't answer phine numbers I don't know. If it's a number I don't know I just Google it and as I thought it scamming I'd theft scumbags. I add them to my phone sutomatic call reject list and the message that it gives them when they call is this "Your number has been recorded and forwarded to the local and federal law enforcement agencies. You have been advised to stop calling this number. You have NO personal or professional business with the owner of this phine number. Do not call this number again. The recording is recorded on a computer voice because I just typed it in and I don't even know they are still calling because I've added them to my auto caller reject list. Most newer phones have this option so check out on your phone. If you don't have it the op to on just add a contact to your phone and add it as "do not answer". I wouldn't even give these "Pawn Scm [***]" the time of day by answering them. If you are aware of all your financial business you will know who's calling righy?? I do have to keep adding numbers because they think they are sneaky and call from a new number they do call my home phone but I simply do jot answer. I only have my home phone because my mom has a pacemaker and defibrillator so I have to have a lan lone I have to go with the legit phone company I can't even use the satellite companies phone service. I also have caller ID and Voicemail. So if it's someone that knows me and I want to talk to thEm they will call my cell phone or they will leave a message same with my cell if it's a friend or legit business that I know I am doing business they will leave a message. It makes me angry if you are getting calls please write a quick note here letting everyone know what there new verbage is so we can alert each other. Good luck everyone with these criminals.
