Female called alleging that she was trying to contact a neighbor.  Said her name was Monique that she her phone had been disconnected and she now had a new number and needed to get it to the neighbor.  She refused to tell me who she was with, only stated I needed to do the neighborly thing and give the message to them.  I cussed her out and hung up on her.    Probably the same idiot from phone #858-577-3683.

3-18-08 - Received the same scenario, a neighbor brought down my information saying Monique from this number was trying to reach me. Exact same story, could not reach me, needed to get ahold of me.

A person by the name of Shandra Marlowe phoned me and asked me to leave her number... 858-577-3680 for my neighbor/to ask him to call her back because she was unable to call reach him due to a constant quick busy signal which lead her to believe that there could be possible trouble with the line.   I would love to find out which debt collection agency is trying to use neighbors in order to collect their debts.
