Same old story, call and hang up - idiot

Somebody call me but not message left.When I dialed the number back, the phone connection company says Phone disconnected or not longer in service.

859-283-8071. Chronic calls with no message left. I call number back and receive 'call cannot be completed as dialed or number has been disconnected'.

As of today, 9/10/15, in fact this is a genuine Citibank call: I was late a few days on a Citi card account and they called to remind me.
I don't know why all these other folks are reporting it as a spam call.
(However, it is true that they sometimes called and hung up without leaving a message on the voicemail.)
They called several times, and so I checked the number on this website, and then tried to call it back--and it does result in a "your call could not be completed as dialed" message, so it seemed suspicious.
But I finally spoke with one of the reps who called from this number, heard their warning that I had missed a payment, and then called the number on the back of my credit card, and sure enough, I was late with a payment.
So if you get a call from these folks, and if you have a Citi credit card, best bet is to call the customer service number for the card and see if your account is past due.

I have had calls from this number for 4 days every two hours from 9am to 7pm. I called back and they say 'call cannot be completed as dialed or number has been disconnected'. The number can't be CITI or it would be a good number.

Just called me. No voicemail message. So I do not return call. Simple as that

Didn"t answer, what business calls Sunday morning?????    I don't have anything with them.

It's Citibank (credit cards).  Late payment reminder call.

Got a hang up from this number today @ 10:56 AM.

Another hang up on 3/3/2016 @ 7:16 PM.

I keep getting calls from a few different 1-866,859,800,614, & other numbers and believe they are from a credit card fraud scheme.  They say they are one the credit card companies that I know I have past due accounts with.  I have never gave them any updated bank information, but I have confirmed my social security to one of the phone calls.  These calls have been happening for about a month now, maybe even two months. ( I also have accounts under Lanie Victor, which is listed as a nickname with the social security department)
Please feel free to call me, if you need anymore assistance, I have been doing my own research.

Repeated calls from this number.  They either hang up or no one is there.

I get two to three calls a day, I don't even have a Citi card anymore, paid it off and cancelled it. They don't leave a message.  Now that I know, I am blocking this number.  My issue was, I am from the kind of local area, thought it might be a classmate.

This number calls my workplace at least twice a day and no one is on the other end then when I call back its a bad number. I called Citibank and they were no help.

I get this call at least 6 times a day and ignore it each time. I used a land line to call it back and it tells me it can't be completed as dialed. I blocked the number immediately...
