Can you get these calls off our phone so they stop callin? Number that keeps calling is 859 740 2384

i get these calls daily, sometimes multiple calls daily. call back cannot be completed. no message if i don't answer. recorded message claims to be google. haven't seen any unusual charges of my bill yet!

computer voice:   "Press one to update your free google listing.  Or press two to be removed"

I didn't press anything....phone goes dead.    

caller id said Out of Area


They don't even say who they are!  So annoying.  Just let it ring...or pick up / hang up

They call and don't leave a message..

These people claim to be marketing agents for Google. Been calling every day for weeks. Just got rude with a guy because of the constant calling. Told me because of my attitude, he'll make it a point to call me everyday till the cows come home.

Just to show that these people are crooks and can't be trusted and there is nothing a business like myself can do to stop them. Unless they use foul language or threaten you, you are helpless.

Don't answer, definately a scam.

Got a computer automated call stating "Please press 1 for an update to your Google 411 free listing"

I did not respond.

Have received this call numerous times over a one-year period. Just received another and I "pressed one" to complain. Got a gal named Tiarra (maybe she was concieved during a pageant). She said I'd better do this (update my Google 411 listing) or the listing would expire and then we'd be up a creek - so to speak. I told her I was aware of the sales pitch, take me off the list, and hung up. We'll see if they still call. Maybe someone should press one and ask for Tiarra. It might be fun to turn the tables. Let's see...we could tell her that her pony was ready to be picked up. ;-))

They keep calling even though we have asked to be taken off their list.  Yesterday I actually talked to them and stated that they were harassing us and to quit calling.  They just called again.  What can we do?

This number calls several times throughout the day to our company.  We have a phone service that charges us per every call.  They call us and hang up there is never anybody on the line and you cannot call it back.

they call and ask you to press one-when i did so and asked if they are google, they say they are not. i ask them to stop calling me and they hang up

If these people don't stop calling me I'm going to sound off a REALLY loud bull horn in there ears!!!

I think I bought something through Google payments once  because it was the only way. I receive these calls at business once in a while. Whats the point of a call with no one on the other end?

I heard that these calls are designed to get you to call back. Once you do so, it is considered "you contacting the company" and then the Do Not Call list does not apply since companies you contact are allowed to call you.

1:06 PM - Caller ID reads BUTLER. No message left.

Same number, caller ID displays Butler, KY, left no message.

Just got the third call in the past four days. No caller ID and the message is to update "your Goggle 411 listing." Google doesn't do 411 anymore. They shut it down over a year ago. THIS A SCAM!

get them to stop it is everyday and interrupts business.  The phone number is 859-740-2384

in this world of faceless digital telemarketing we are inundated with robotic telephone calls at all hours of the day and night soliciting who knows what.
to turn back time to pre-internet days and we'd be better off in many ways
