Calls every day.  Having them sent to voice mail.  No message left

Called my number 5 times. No voice mails

Called my number at least 6 times. No voice mails. Who is it?

This is NOT Citibank! This is a scammer calling to get information from you and they call claiming to be Citibank, but I confirmed with Citi that it is not them. Do not pick up and do not call back.

Called twice. Didn't answer and no vm.

I confirmed with Citibank that this is not a valid number. The call menu and everything is very tricky and sounds just like a Citibank phone menu. THIS IS A SCAM, block the number, report to the FCC and DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I keep getting calls from this number. Never answer, they don't leave messages. Must be a SCAM. It is just annoying

Missed call from this number and left a voicemail saying they were a collection department. I was late on my Citibank payment this past month by a couple days so I thought it may be legit even though I already paid. Good thing I checked out this site before calling back. They left a "877" call back number.

they are a SCAM. They leave voice messages and when you call back, the answering machine system is 'very' convincing. You can even press "0" to speak to operator who will ask for your account number. I called my regular citibank number back and they said their was no reason for them to call me, my account was fine.

Scam for sure. I called Citi bank & it's not them.

This out-of-state number (859) 795-2714 called me daily for the last five days and finally left a voicemail this morning.  The voicemail was completely garbled and indecipherable (sounded like a woman's voice but with an accent). BIG red flag!! This is NOT a legitimate phone call, it's a SCAM!

People saying this is a scam are doing a disservice. there are many scam numbers but this is legitimate citibank finance/collections meaning you are overdrawn on line of credit or late with student loan. As always don't give information but instead call your citibank number on your statement or card. You will find when you your branch or statement number that this is a legit call, and you have ano overdraw or very late payment. NOT a scam call.

Consider the fact that professional scammers can spoof a legitimate bank's number (thats IF it's Citibank's number) and try phishing for personal information of an account holder to gain access to their account. With the ever increasing 'hackers' who go steal data from businesses and personal computers, its a little irresponsible to say this can't be a scam, especially when several have reported  call backs revealed it was not from the Bank.

If this truly were a "legitimate citibank finance/collections" call, then there would have been no need for you to google the number after receiving the call.  You would have already known that the call was actually them, at least according you anyway.

This is a scam. They left a vm which I couldn't understand sounded gibberish only clear thing was my name and the call back # if it was legit I would have been able to understand every word. I just deleted and I don't have any late payments.

I've been receiving calls from 859-795-2714 multiple times daily and they've left voicemail messages stating they are calling from Citibank and need to speak with me. I called Citibank's customer service number to find out whether they were actually calling (they were not), and they checked the number and verified it was NOT associated with Citibank. I'd love to mess with the caller, but I've read you should not engage with them as more phone time encourages other fraudulent calls. Instead, I've simply blocked the number. Remember, never say your name, give any of your information and do NOT say "yes", as this can be a way of recording your voice giving consent to whatever it is they're looking to gain from you.
