    Scam Call!!!!!!   This just is another cloned phone number being used by thieves at the Portfolio Recovery organization to harass and extort from anyone dumb enough to answer the phone.  The solution is simply don't pick up the phone.  If you don't talk to them they can't touch you!!!!
