Called my cell.  No message left.  Saw from another site that it is probably Portfolio Recovery (Debt collector)  They wont ever leave a message, so Instablock.  I don't have time to play phone games with idiots.  If you are calling for me, then leave a message and I will call you back.  If you don't, I never will, and you are just wasting my minutes.

Debt collectors don't leave messages because they don't know who will hear them and they are afraid of getting sued.  Also, they would legally be required to send you a dunning letter which would explain your rights, something they don't want you to know.  Of course this outfit never did follow any laws, which is why I can't wait for them to call me.  That way I can sue them and make them pay me instead.

Well that is money in the bank, FDCPA violation, they cannot call before 8 am your time unless you gave them permission to do so.

They call and never leave a message. They call all the time even before 8 am and on Sunday's! I hate that! I won't call back just blocked them!

The problem with Portfolio Recovery is that every time they call, it is from a different number in a different state, making it impossible to block them.  The fact they are trying to collect an invalid debt is extremely annoying.  I never answer and they never leave a message.

Got a call from this number today. Since I have never defaulted on anything - ever, I find it a bit confusing that I would be getting calls from a debt recovery company ... Either way, they don't leave a message, I ignore. Unlike them, I have better things to do with my life.

First time I've seen my friends at Portfolio Recovery in a while (discovered researching this, their latest number). So nice to know they're thinking of me over Christmas.  But yes, I've probably received close to triple digit calls from them, always a different number, though a couple in the same area code (a different one from today's), and consistent with their modus operandi, no message was left.

Portfolio Recovery keeps on calling and don't leave messages and I don't know what there problem is, I have send my payments taking out of my checking account and I don't know what they want, they probably want more money, that sucks
