Calls my cell phone but doesn't leave a message

I answered this time.  No one said a word.

Why do they call and not leave msg or speak when answer???

I called back. I computerized message have me the option of being place on their do-not-call list ( just press 1).

Called and left no message. Anyone know who this is.

received call just now, its regarding health insurance calls.

I keep getting a phone call from this number on my cell and they don't leave a message...very annoying..

I also received a call from 8607916715.  How annoying!

They have called numerous times.  I keep prerssing '1' to be placed on their do not call list but they keep calling.  Going on 3 weeks and at least 3 calls a week.

How can I  BLOCK this number on a cell phone?

Recorded message about the high price of health insurance deductibles, blah, blah, blah. Sounds like a scam.

Called my business. I answered with voice in order to trigger the recorded message.

If they aren't leaving a message when they first dial, I'd be wary of calling them back at all. It might be a scammer autodialing to check if numbers are valid to sell them; this is a common tactic despite no-call laws. The national no-call list itself is most often used for this, in fact. I almost never got these calls before having myself added to it.

They call my cell, but I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize.  They don't leave a message.

I never answer but they call all the time - annoying

Add it to your black list. You will still get the call however, your phone will not ring it will only show you have a missed call. On my phone I have a Galaxy sII I go to the missed call and bring up my menue and add it to my black list.
