I did not pickup. I don't know anyone in Norwich, CT. I called back with my caller ID off and I got "this number is no longer in service". It is pretty annoying. I registered my phone number in Do Not Call list, yet I keep receiving the calls like this. Does anybody know how to file a complaint?

WARNING--BEWARE!!  These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give your credit card number to these lowlifes, or you will regret it forever!

Got a call and pressed one to tell them to remove me from their calling service. The males response was "Eat s@&t and die".

Just called my cell, robo said this is Rachel from card services, hung up right away. I'm so sick of these people calling.

Go to the federal or your states no call list web site. Follow the links to file a complaint.

Got the call just now. I'm from Pennsylvania and didn't know anyone from the area. I didn't answer since I'm up to date with all my payments for everything. From what I read I'm glad I didn't answer.

Would you like to lower your interest rate to 6.9%?  If yes please hit number "1".  You then hear you are caller number "5", then quickly moved up to caller number "2" and again quickly you hear an operator. She introduced herself as Ginger.  She cuts in and out on a recorded (but sounds live to me, just being recorded) line asking how you are, etc.  I immediately asked "who are you?"  She states, "cardmember services mam".  I asked Who?  For what card?  She asks, would you say your overall debt is higher or lower than $4000?  Then when I asked Who are you?"  She hung up.  Scam!

Hung up and didn't leave a message.

They just called my cell too. So much for the do not call list. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize anymore.

Robocall, "Rachel from Card Services".  Offering to reduce interest rates. Credit card scam/spam.  

This is a fraud number. Please block it if at all possible.

They just call and hang up when  I don't answer the phone, this would be my advice to anyone.  If you don't know the number, don't answer.

Scam call.  These bottom feeders should be used to replace valuable laboratory rats in dangerous experiments.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer it, whoever is making these calls don't leave any messages......getting too many calls like this!

Unknown company my phone is on do-not-call list

Received call today no one there.. not sure who hung up first. Looked at my phone and noticed two calls from the same number. One missed one hung up in the same minute

Waited on the line to tell them to remove me because I am on the DO NOT CALL list. The man on the phone said with a VERY sarcastic tone, "Mmm, I have no way of doing that." This is the third time I have gotten this call today, so I am filing paperwork to have the company fined and money sent my way. Thank you for putting money into my pocket!
