No message left

This number calls me several times a day! I use my phone for my work, so this harassment is agitating. I quickly answered once to see if I could get them to take me off their list, and I think they said thank you for participating in the Marriot Plan, and then a recorded message came on, "if you are interested in xxxxxx, click #2......" then no other option. When I called the number back, it offered a man's name, [?Judd Fletcher?] and said he was busy, to leave my name and number... I left a message to take me off their list, that I was not interested, and gave my name and number. Another caller asked if I wanted to reduce % of credit card charges with the new stimulus. NO real human to answer, so I said I am not in debt and have no interest, to take this number off their list....
Can AT&T (my carrier) help with this harassment?
