Won't stop calling is there anything you can do???

I also received they said they would mail this "shopping card" and that I would need to call them back to pay a $2.95 shipping fee once I received it in order to activate the card.Then he proceeded to ask for a Visa or Mastercard expiration date to confirm I had a valid credit card. By mistake i gave them my card details now they are calling me and saying that they have dispatched my order(Some gift box with various products) and they will charge my account with $800 amount and i cant even cancel it. They told me that order is already dispatched and i can return it once i receive it in 10 days if i dont like it. How to stop this $800 transition from my account. Please help me regarding the same.

Also can there be any leagel issue if i block my card and apply for new card and they try to deduct this amount from my old card.

i just want to stop calling me, i received around 10 calls every day and no body answear

They got my number from a facebook app that I thought I was getting.. it made me put in my info and then had me take a stupid survey.. I put in my real name, address, and phone number, but no credit card or anything. That's when the calls started for me.  Now they call all day!

Same problem.  Many calls today.  Answered 3 of the 6 and told them not to call.  Calling with Vouchers due to previous purchases from associated business partners or some crap like that.  Yes you can hear the call center in the background.  3 different people have spoken on the phone with varying levels of English capability/accents.

I received 4 calls from this number in one day, all as "Missed Calls" that I never answered. The best way to handle this is to add the number to your cell phone's Reject List. In the future, when they call, it will go straight to voice-mail without even ringing. Eventually, most telemarketers will remove the number from their list after a certain number of "no answers". You can also just answer once and ask them to remove your number from their list. Unless the caller is the government, a collection agency, or a number of other exceptions, they are required to comply.

I am receiving spamming unwanted calls from (862)367-5534; I have a limited minutes cell phone and this is unacceptable.

I keep getting numerous calls without anyone on the other end of the line. When I do answer, it immediately goes silent and ends the call.

They call me every day. Im sick of it. And since I have the Iphone, you have to pay $5 a month to block phone calls. I want this to stop

This phone number called many times eventhough I told not call me.  So I called to At&T but to block I had to pay.

If you really want to chance it....go  ahead.....but I personally think that would be a BIG mistake on your part!!!

Call your bank or CC company NOW!!!!  Put a stop on it!  Cancel that card and put a watch on your credit...

This number called my daughter's phone 3 days in a row.  Even though she told them she was only 14 they still kept calling.  Same people everytime.  Finally stopped calling when I told her to tell them 'this call is being recorded'.

i have gotten at least 50 calls from 862-367-5534 from 8am to 6pm trying to get my c/c number so that they can send me a free walmart and gas card i have ask them for 3 weeks to remove my number and they just keep calling this is sooo anoying and i did tell them they are harrassing me.  how can i report them b/c my cell phone will not allow me to block them and they just keep calling its like they never give up and its a foreigner that cannot speak english that well

8 calls from this number today. 6 of them within two hours. I screen my calls and this is incredibly annoying and borderline harassment,.

This number has called me 6 or 7 times today...so far. I called it back & got the 'press 1 to be on our do not call list', but I saw on the news that it is just another way to get your information. When you press 1, It asks for your information.. but if you remember, THEY called YOU. They have already got it! Shady! And annoying.

Call me 10 times one day! unwanted!

My boyfriend has got calls from them 18 times just today. I have put both of our numbers on the national do not call registry and our state registry as well. We shall see!
