I received a text from 862-414-9235, saying I had been added to a friend's "My Heroes" app and that I should check it out at a questionable website:  http://goo.gl/TiJtKw.  I am quite sure this is a scam message and probably a dangerous website.  I deleted the text.

I just had the same. I researched any such app and there's nothing that would be prompt me to think a friend had referee me. Deleting.

I just got the same text, but from a different phone number:. Upon research, it traced to a number that was associated with a landline in Texas.

I got the same text. Was too afraid to click the link...and now I'm just sad that it turns out that I'm not really anyone's hero! Heehee!

Forward the spam text to 7726 (SPAM)

reply spamming the message with multiple questions/ideas.  They send 1 ... I send 10

Got this message from my heroes from 616-275-4868! This is spam! I deleted n reported!!

Got that text from 678 831 5446 and 972 846 4388. With http:goo.gl/tbmQEb, and found one for LinkedIn job search sight.

I guess you have a hard time reading and comprehending?  Why would you post about receiving a call from 650 753-5413  in a number thread that is clearly posted as being for 862-414-9235?  Perhaps you need to go back to grade school and learn your numbers again?  I see you have the company of some other people that can't read or comprehend or even know the numeric system as well.
