I said "Hello" and a man answered right away.  Said his name was Chris.  I let him speak for a while to see if it was a recording.  Asked questions about demographics and then about political things local to the county I reside in.  I hung up without saying a word.  He called back and apologized for the dropped call.  Man asked about candidates for an upcoming elections and requested that I pick which candidate I would lean toward.  Because I was not familiar with the candidates I did not want to pick one without knowing details and the man would not let me continue until I picked someone so he hung up.
