Calls everyday, heavy accent..can't say my name right..always said I am in legal trouble

called from666 160 2008 has last four of my social says from legal department of bbls ask to call back at 863 440 7692. sounds like a scam

They called my mother the other day they said Im going to jail for breach of contract and check fraud yeah ok

Called my father said the same thing. Reported it months ago.

I continuely receive calls from this company stating that I am in legal trouble, but no information is given except the phone number to call back to of 863-440-7692 and speak to some guy named Paul.

Same old scam.  Michael says they have a legal matter reported against my social security number.  Michael says he cannot tell me who has filed the report.  I let him know that legally he has to give me the information and send me the documentation.  I told him not to call again unless he was ready to send me the documents.

called my friend saying that he was trying to find me because there is a law suit against me. knew my bank information said I took out a loan for 21 days for 500 dollars and never paid it back....I asked him to send me proof he said he cannot and does not have to prove anything to me. He was screaming at me and using vulgar language telling me he is an attorney. I gave it right back to him and he screamed at me telling me I cannot talk to an attorney like that on a recorded line. He would not give me dates of the loan or who it was from. I never took out a loan.

This is a version of the you-have-commited-a-crime extortion scam and you are being...
1. charged with fraud or passing bad checks or embezzlement or
2. served with a court summons or arrest warrant or bench warrant or whatever or
3. located in preparation to being served or for a lawsuit or to be arrested or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address or SSN or whatever so you can be served or your papers can be processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

Never do what they tell you to do but report them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

Keep calling my phone and my job stating they have a judgment against my name and that I'm going to jail if I don't comply.  When I ask what's this in regard to.....he is never able to give me a straight answer.

Calls my place of employment says they have a lawsuit against my social security number.  Accent is so thick you can't understand them.  Calls several times a week.  How do you get them to stop?
