It's ford credit being annoying as all hell. They will call each of your numbers 3 to 4 times a day via robo call until they get ahold of you.

these people at ford credit just dont stop my bank accounts were hacked and every dime i had was taken and it was hacked right through the banks system not mine so myself and eight others lost everything and i called ford and told them why my payment would be late they said that they fully understand and this was the first ever payment i missed in over 5 3year car leases and since making the payment and clear it up i thought but they keep calling every bloody day and when you answer a click or the auto.system starts a transfer and it just clicks and clacks so i dont know what they want now missed one payment after all these years and they treat you like crap.maybe its time for a change

Just call them back every day and waste their time. Turn the tables until they block your number. Tell them you are looking for Tonya Martin (one of the real callers) about back child support.

american female caller asked for rob hebest.. Something, i hung up. Businesses and companies do not allow employees to accept personal calls and a credit/debt recovery/collections agency falls under this.

Collections people stop calling peoples work numbers you will never get past the gatekeepers of the office phone lines. Its annoying, people are working and clearly if they owe you and you are having to call their "work" number they are avoiding you!! Stop calling!! They are not going to pay you a dime!! You will continue to be blocked, hung up on, cussed out, yelled at, etc. Save yourselves the headache.

This is Ford Credit, or so they say.  Do not answer or call back.  Just log into your Ford Credit account and send a correspondence message, if you have an outstanding balance.  Do not answer this call as they may not actually be Ford Credit.

I received a call from this number, 864 254 5600, identified on the caller ID as Greenville, SC. The woman caller ask for my wife by name and I told my wife was not available but could I take a message.  She then ask me if I knew a Mary Wells.  I told her no so she thank me and hung up.

This # called me was telling me a stolen vehicle was reported with same license plate but different VIN #. And she even know my Name after I answered yes then she hung-up immediately. Very weird call. It’s a tricky call.

This is a call from Ford Motor Credit. Ever since I changed to my current phone number (almost 1 year ago) they’ve been calling for someone who used to have my phone number. I’ve even called Ford Motor Credit myself and talked with someone about removing my (current) phone number from their records. However they still call.

Certified, return receipt mail should have been the way that they were told.  Then if they continue you can sue them under either the FDCPA or possibly the TCPA or both.

I keep getting a call every day from this number for the past one week. The caller left a message with an unknown name... so weird.  Caller ID says Ford, from Greenville,SC.
