What is Blue Licenses Holding LLC?

Blue Licenses Holding, LLC is a telecommunications service holding company based in California. It is one of the largest holding companies in the world. They manage most of AT&T's phone numbers, which they also lease to smaller cellular service providers for extra profit.

As a middle man in the cellular services, they provide reverse phone look up, which makes it possible to search names from phone number listings for a fee. Blue Licenses Holding LLC also provides information on services related to a particular cell phone number. They can also withhold information on a cell phone owner’s number they own if they deem it necessary.
