Call from a "Lt. Maxine Billings" sorry to have to say that a sheriff will come out to my place of business to serve me in a civil suit.  I saved the recorded message and called back - gave her the "case number" she refused to say who she was representing or where she was calling from.  Offered to help settle the suit.  I said no thank you and hung up.  She called back to say that the sheriff would come to the "address associated with this phone number"  I hung up and called back a few minutes from a different number - told the fellow on the phone that I would file a complaint with the FTC because they were in violation of the FDCPA.  I said he was required under that law to tell me where he was calling from - he said the company is Legal Action, 1640 Powers Ferry Road, Marietta, GA.  He also told me he didn't want me calling his place of business again.
