Multiple calls from this number with no message

I get at least one call per day from this #.  I've never answered and they've never left a message.

Company is called Outreach Associates, Inc.

I received a voice mail message from this number.  A man's voice said my name twice, then whispered something indecipherable.  He may have not known he got our voice mail, but it was a creepy message.

Stop calling.

Got a call from this number.  Had a long chat with the telemarketer.  It is a company out of Pittsburgh called Direct Advantage Marketeing and they call as Outreach Associates.  They work almost exclusively for non-profits such as Sierra Club, PBS stations, etc.  Their web site is www.dam.com.  They called me on behalf of a group I give to every year.  I forked over a few more bucks

Do not give them any money. FACT: They take 50% of your contribution and give 50% to the charity. The company is for profit.
You should always donate through the Sierra web site rather then this way. To be honest, I stopped giving to Sierra b\c I was upset they would give my phone number out.

This call appears on our CID at least daily. The caller hangs up after listening to our answering machine's message.

Have gotten calls from the following numbers:  866-201-4315, 866-335-7110, 866-572-0054, 866-784-7296, 866-573-8960, 866-411-4236, 866-241-3342. Sometimes the phone rings more than once and then a hang-up.  It's extremely annoying.

Calls - shows as Toll Free Number.  I let it go to answering machine, a message is never left.  Has called twice a day now for the last 3 days.

Toll Free Call again today, think they also called me yest.  Also got one from 866-735-6691, 866-201-4315, 866-331-5935 today.  Am guessing is same originator...  Too much coincidence so many toll free calls...  Does anyone know how to stop them?  Besides the Do Not Call Registry, which doesn't seem to be working...

I've been getting multiple 800/866 calls for some time now.  Got two calls from them today, about 6 hours apart.  First time I wasn't home, but the second time I picked up the receiver, said "We're not interested, please stop calling here.  Thank you", and hung up.  If they keep calling, I'll keep saying that.   Sooner or later they should get the message.

I answered, and there was Muzak on the other end, as if I were on hold. Then it started clicking, and I hung up. I am on the do-not-call registry, so this annoys the s*** outta me.
