Southwest Credit Systems.  Sounds like a collection agency?

They are rude and calling for a person who does not even live at this address or phonenumber. I have told them this several times and they keep calling back...harassement at its finest!!

They keep calling for someone who doesn't live here, and we stay on the line to tell them and ask for our number to be removed and all we get is a yeah yeah we will and they don't.

They keep calling and no one is on the phone.  Then a hang up.  Are whomever these people crazy, or do they just want to annoy me?

I finally left a message with "Southwest Credit Systems" requesting an explanation as to what these  calls to me were regarding. I never got a response back from them, and the daily calls they were making to my house stopped!

I'm not in debt at all. Those con's who've set up shop claiming to be "Southwest Credit Systems" are more than likely trying to extort pertinent info (social security numbers, etc) from credulous individuals.

I have no idea how these people got my work or cell phone number, expecially my work number since we just moved and I havent given the number to anyone.  They are rude.  They are calling about a bill they say my daughter who lives in Chicago owes to Comcast.  My daughter has called Comcast and they are investigating, since she does not have any back bill with them.  They even have the last 4 digits of my SS#.

I told them to stop calling me and they continue to harass me at work.  I have put a call block on my cell phone.

Don't mess around with them if they keep calling. Just check with a Lawyer and sue them under the FDCPA and any State law. The FDCPA is good for $1000.00 plus attorney fees.

I have no clue as to who these people are, but they constantly call and no messages are being left.  I need them to stop calling from all numbers.....they are not using just one!

Called my cell phone did not answer, don't know what they want. Can you do anything about this.

These people are a**holes and are a collection agency and are not part of AT&T or Verizon or any other cell phone company. I had an account with AT&T and was unhappy with their sevice. After 5 yrs of paying them on time and never late, I called to cancel my account. The rep said I would be disconnected on the 1st of the month. I asked if I owed any money and he said I was all paid up. About 3 months later I began to get calls from this collection agency. I do not answer unknown calls and they never left a message. I did not get any statements from them until this past week...6 months after they started calling. The law states a collector must send you a written notice 7 days after their first call!!! They claim I owe a month of service at $79.68 plus a collection fee of $14.34. AT&T are just as bad as these bloodsuckers. They told me I was paid up and do not show any balance on their end so why was I sent to collection??? They don't know!!! and I do not intend to pay due to some computer error somewhere down the line. I am glad I went over to Straight Talk. I buy a card for $30 a month..I get 1000 minutes, 1000 texts and 30 mb of internet(which I never use) If I get tired of them, I do not add any airtime, throw the phone away and go to another pay as you go service. You don't have collectors hounding you for fake phone bills due to a contract and I never use more than 30 mins a month anyway.

Hello. I don't know who these people are. They called my phone and didn't leave a message.

Called me tonight at my house number at like 7:35 pm, no message on the machine. Do not know who they are but this is not the first time they have called. They have called at least 1 other time, like a few weeks ago, no message. Caller ID says "800 Service".

They call me often. I just got this number 2 months ago. The last time they called they asked for "Tia Palatino". So I called them back and told the lady that answered the phone that I just got this number and she asked me if I knew/know "Tia" ( I don't) so I informed her that I don"t know her and she said that she would take my number off the file.

I went to "White Pages.com" and looked her up. There is one that lived in my town but now lives in Dublin, Ca. So why don't they do this?? Don't they know that they can???
