Seems like a scam to me.  Nothing for the number or company show up on an internet search.

It's a recorded message.  "Hi, this is Bailey and I'm a health care administrator on a recorded line.  How are  you doing today?  (Long pause to make it appear it's a live person.)  I'm with Medical Support Group regarding health and wellness and my call back number is 866.201.7988.

If you received a call from that number why did you not post in that thread?

Received call from 571-489-7541 saying they're with medical support group regarding health and wellness (no name given or who they're calling).  Gives 866-201-7988 as the call back number.  Scam!!

Got a call from this 585-883-2203 number and a call back number of 866-201-7988, it said they are from a medical group, no other explanation. Think it's a scam, I didnt call back.

Calls all the time & it’s extremely annoying

A person by the name of Travis keeps calling me from this number. When asked for the company name and address, he says he will call back then hangs up even after repeated requests to take my name and number off their call list.

Receive multiple calls from 386 2135924 leaves message to call 866 2017988 re credit other times no message. Know this is a SCAM! I do not call back.

Called today lady says she is with Senior Aide Helper regarding a financial matter. Called from 971 256-5588 and left a call back number of 866- 201-7988. Sounds fishy to me im not calling them back

Scam call regarding “financial matter”. Sounded like live person leaving message, left this call back number. Spoofed call from different number.

Called from 541.436.8347 every morning ! Never leaves message. I changed my VM months ago,  to say if you don't leave a message as to why you call me, I will NEVER call you back. !  Cuz I don't know why you call. Wrong #as far as I know. "

This # finally leaves a message , "I'm with senior aid help regarding a financial matter" call back # 866.201-7988".

Same message today about senior helper regarding a financial matter and I need to call them back.  Yup I'll get right on that, not. These are collection agents the real lowlife kind who are trying to collect on old medical debts more often than not they've long ago been removed from your credit report or legally should be nor can they Sue as these companies will threaten that they have a server coming to serve you with court documents add if they've filed a sit Sou that they can scared you into giving then your credit info and paying right there.  They'll repeat often as they can too, gtg paid then calling in the same debt a few months later.  Don't answer or call back. Peace!

I received a call from a 929 area code. A lady left a message, saying she was with Consumer  Council and it concerned a financial matter. She didn't  leave her name. Its obviously a scam.

Each day I receive 2-3 calls from various incoming numbers, all of them different except that they all share area codes within the state where I live. Then each time a voicemail is left, it’s the same exact script with the same exact callback number: “My name is [insert name] and I’m with Senior Aid Helper regarding a financial matter. My callback number is 866-201-7988…”

I have not called them back. It simply doesn’t feel right. I don’t have any outstanding debts at this time, and as a woman in my early 30s I don’t THINK I’m considered “a senior citizen” yet.

I had a messsge left on my company voicemail from a woman with Senior Aid Helper asking for a return call concerning a financial matter.

From other posts it looks like this is a Medical Debt Scammer. These outfits like to exploit the confusion the goes with medical/hospital insurance, and will try to say a payment for some associated hospital service was never paid.

One red flag is that like to claim the debt is an old one, the idea is people will not have records going back 5 or 10 years. Sometimes they will offer to "close the file" and accept a "one time payment today" of less than half of what they say the bill is.

A voice on voice mail is not legal notice of a debt. Don't call these crooks back. If they have a work phone number, they can send you mail easy enough, but they didn't and won't. This is a phone based scam.
